Good news at Carpenter’s Place…
There are currently many ways to directly invest in the lives of homeless men and women while still adhering to COVID guidelines and safety procedures.

Facilitators of Art

Work with guests as they complete art projects. Artistic ability and creativity required.

Volunteer

Chapel Speakers

Share a brief message of encouragement or special music with our guests at a morning chapel.

Volunteer

Day Room Friends

Be available to listen, talk or pray with guests in the day room.

Volunteer

Field Trip Companions

Accompany guests and staff on outings in the community.

Meal Providers

Provide breakfast or lunch to homeless guests.

Mentors

Invest one-on-one with a guest that is progressing toward independence by providing friendship and encouragement for continued success.

Small Group Leaders

Share your knowledge of budgeting, writing resumes, yoga, the bible, or another talent or skill by leading a small group that might benefit our guests.
