The Rockford Candle Shines Light & Hope

Candle Crest is a local business that produces top quality hand-poured soy candles. They created the Rockford Candle after the 2013 Forbes article “America’s Most Miserable Cities” where Rockford was named #3 on the list. Like many Rockford residents, Candle Crest felt this rating was unnecessary. “We are proud of our community and what  this city has to offer; therefore, the Rockford Candle was born as our way to give back to our community.”  As a result, Candle Crest is donating proceeds from the sales of Rockford Candles to non-profit agencies working to make Rockford a better community.

Through April of 2014, Candle Crest will donate 50% of the net profit of every Rockford candle sold to Carpenter’s Place!  Candles are $15.00 (plus tax) and available in many local shops, including:
