Award Winners: Celebrate Success The Magic of Partnerships

We love to celebrate success! From the success of our guests, to the success of our case managers, to the success of our loyal and dedicated partners. Each year we step back and make an effort to acknowledge organizations and individuals for their outstanding commitment to the our mission; providing the tools to rebuild the lives of homeless adults and families in Rockford.

We acknowledge our gratitude for the collaboration and support of others to achieve the results we do. Our successes wouldn’t be possible without these Magical Partnerships.

Funds raised at this event will be used to support housing for the Family Services Program of Carpenter’s Place.

The following milestones were achieved from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

176 HOMELESS MEN AND WOMEN IN OUR CASE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM OBTAINED HOUSING 139 MEN AND WOMEN IN OUR PROGRAM SECURED EMPLOYMENT, 97 FULL-TIME!

Our New Family Services made a significant impact in FY19!

17 FAMILIES OBTAINED HOUSING; 24 ADULTS AND 43 CHILDREN NOW HAVE A PLACE TO CALL HOME. 24 HEADS OF HOUSEHOLDS SECURED EMPLOYMENT!

On Tuesday, August 27, 2019 the following partners were honored at our Celebrate Success luncheon at Tebala Event Center. Thank you to everyone who attended our event and helped us celebrate the successes of our guests and families!
