In the United States, 13% of the adult homeless population are veterans. 62,619 Veterans are homeless on any given night.

This is not acceptable.

With the support of caring case managers, CP helps homeless veterans rebuild their life through:

– A complete assessment of a veteran’s life and conditions
– The development of a life recovery plans with goals and a timeline
– Accountability, monitored progress and celebration of success
– Services for employment, mental health, addictions, and financial planning, budgeting, transportation, clothing, and other specific needs
– Housing complete with furnishings, utilities, food and veteran companions
